Open 5 Days a Week!
Starting September 18,2023 our Dojo will be open Monday to Thursday for regular classes and Saturday for Brown and Black belt classes. We hoped to see everyone come out!

Camp Bushi
June Grading
June 1st, 2024
1 Silver Street, St Thomas ON
Our June Grading will be taking place at the Legacy Shorin Ryu - St Thomas Dojo. Grading Starts at 9am sharp. If you are in the grading we recommend arriving at 8:30am.
Please be sure to have your uniform clean and ironed, and to have your fighting equipment (mouth guard, helmet, gloves, boots).
Good luck to everyone going into this months grading!
This year we will cover instruction in Kumite(sparring) and self-defence. In addition, time will be devoted to helping students with basics and Kata. While self-defense and sparring will be the focus, all participants will improve in all area’s of their training.
About Camp Bushi & Legacy Shorin Ryu:
1) The camp has been running for over 35 year. Many of the alumni campers stop in every year to participate and visit.
2) Legacy Shorin-Ryu was established in 1971 and is one of Canada/s oldest martial arts school.
3) Camp Bushi is always held at Dalewood Conservation Area St Thomas Ontario
4) Hanshi Gary Legacy 10th Degree black belt instructs all classes.
5) Camp is always supervised by black belt instructors.
